In order to provide the best possible service, Whiting Woodwork LLC offers a client-oriented contract to ensure you receive the exact customized product that you desire in an agreed upon timeline. A complimentary consultation is the first step in partnering with me to discuss the details of your dream piece. From there, I will send a Sketch Up document for reviewing the project design along with a price estimate for your approval. Once everything is confirmed, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to get in line for us to begin your masterpiece. The final cost will be due upon receipt of the product. 

Should a need or desire for an edit in the design arise after I have begun work on the project, adjustments can be discussed and incorporated based on the amount of progress that has been accomplished. Any changes made at this point could incur an additional charge based on the materials and time required to complete the piece.
